Misrepresentation of Products/Services Somehere In

The shopping experience at ShopCV.com was grossly exagerated. The web link for the Ink Shop which was highly pushed does not even work (it is broken).

The charge for great software (initially $19.95) is a scam. It is all shareware that works for 30 days, then you need to pay for it. You actually purchase NOTHING from them... Other than free demos.

I have tried 3 times now to cancel this account... Unsuccessfully I assume. They have not responded to any of my requests to cancel. I can only assume they expect to charge me a "life time fee" regardless of my cancellation desire.

I am disappointed that I let myself get caught by this one. I should have researched before I fell prey to the high pressure sales pitch on the phone.
