Charged my credit card for meds then failed to deliver!

In september I was due a refill on meds. The company told me they were having trouble with shipping but it was a minor delay. I checked in early October and was assured the company was shipping but things were going out slow. This occured again early in November then I got an e-mail telling me the company was shut. I have not been recreditted for the medication charge.
