Ripped off! Charged for meds and never received OR refunded!

I ordered meds through 1stmeds.com. I did get the doctor to call me, and then was charged twice for the meds... About $130! I called and waited for refund. I NEVER got the refund! I did finally get a prescription filled, but with the charges from the consultation and the meds, it cost me about $300 for a prescription! RIPPED OFF and plan to try and pursue this. Someone please help... It was not the first company that has done this to me.
