Promotions rip-off and shoddy materials

Met owner at SinCityQSocials in Vegas. He had just started his new promotions company after he had to bankrupt the last one due to a divorce with his lover. I was looking for some t-shirts for a charity to sell and pens anyway, felt sorry for the guy and gave him a shot. Biggest mistake was to base it on keeping it in the family!

The t-shirts showed up and they were not the same quality I paid for. I had no choice but to use as the event was the next day. I then got complaints and even bills from people because they not only faded after the first wash, some of the colors ran and destroyed the rest of the recipients' laundry. I had to pay over $200 in damages to angry buyers (was for charity auction).

I also bought some silver pens from this guy. They were on special for $1.99 each, down from $5. Well, I got the pens alright, but they were nothing like what was promised. On top of that, over half did not work. When I brought this to Dan Smith's attention, his response was they are "as-is" and "not his problem."

This guy is an obvious scam artist. He is probably going to sell a bunch of bogus product and declare bankruptcy AGAIN so the bigger clients cannot come after him. Buyer beware!
