FRAUD abuse RIP OFF theft

Around the 20th of last month I examined the offer on-line and decided to take advantage of the advertised RISK FREE deal.

That very day, CloseCombatTraining.com started sending me tons and tons of email messages about why I should order, then about other things.

It took about three weeks for the DVD set to actually arrive. The box was postmarked on the 9th of this month. Then on the 27th of this month, three days ago, CloseCombatTraining hit my card for $69.99! So much for the free thirty-day trial.

It gets worse. I called the customer service person and was told that the 30-day free trial starts on the day an order is placed. So I asked how can anyone be considered as engaging in a free trial of a product until the product actually arrives — she had no answer, except to say that's how the company does things.

I notified her that this is a fraudulent transaction involving theft, fraud, breach of contract, failure to perform, and other legal matters. Let's all get together and bring a class-action lawsuit against CloseCombatTraining to stop this abuse of consumer rights.
