Think And Lose
Do NOT use this web, if you want product CALL THEM!

I was interested in the "Think and Lose" product. Went to their web site www.thinkandlose.com to check it out.

Thought that it looked good and decided to order. The site said that if I paid up front I could receive an additional program for $19.95 with no additional shipping. I thought OK could get one for my daughter.

Went to order and then it got weird. Sent me to "UPGRADE" pages to try to sell additional products. I didn't want the first one, but thought that some of the others were fine, so I ordered the MP3 player.

The web site does not tell you that for each program you order, if you want a MP3 player, it automatically adds a MP3 player to your order.

So I click the not interested button, and presto I have ordered $149.75 and have never been asked if that was what I wanted.

So I email them right away; call them, not showing in the Customer Service Dept. They tell me to call next morning. I call next morning, still not showing up. Call back in the PM.

Then I get an email saying that I can't cancel my order, it is now shipping. I call them and while I was on the phone trying to cancel, they preauthorize my debit card so I can't stop anything.

Now I am going to have to pay $149.75 for something that I might have ordered, but with their scam system, I have to pay for.

If you want to try this product, please do not use their web site, call them, maybe they won't rip you off as bad.
