Sears Dental
Terrible customer service at a high price

Miscellaneous

My youngest daughter had 4 cavities filled at Sears in Joliet about six months ago. Only to find later that she was still having prblems with the same teeth that were previously filled. After taking her to another dentist the four fillings that were previously filled by Sears, had to be taken out and refilled again at my expense. This was due to the teeth not being properly cared for before the fillings were put in by the dentist. Needless to say that my other daughter during the same time was receiving her Ortho care at the same Sears office with me spending a grand total of $2,878.71 out of pocket for her. During that time the rude, unethical, disrespectful manner that the front desk staff treated our family was priceless. Bad service you can get anywhere and not have spend a dime. This bad service cost me over $3000.00 after all of the copayments, and the corporate office continues to allow these kind of rude staff members to work for there company.
