Allen Dentistry - Dr Roya Amini And Staff Poor Quality of Dental Care

I had all of my metal fillings replaced with white color composites as a recommendation by the Dentist at Allen Dentistry. Only three years later, I was told by a new Dentist that the composites were not prepared or sealed correctly, and as a result, further decay and damage to my teeth had occurred behind the fillings. Because the fillings were not done properly and my teeth not properly prepared, I had to have all of the fillings replaced and a crown put in place. I have never had more than 4 or 5 cavities in my whole life, and now at 34, I have problems due to poor dental service and excessive drilling and removal of my original teeth. I do not recommend Allen Dentistry or any of Dr. Roya Amini's Staff and I will NOT return.

Also, as a warning, the billing practices for this office can be a pitfall. They will tell you something is discounted or to be billed only to your insurance co., yet they still send a bill for services paid by the insurance co. You have to call and complain several times to remind staff what they promised to have the billing corrected/removed.

Last, Dr. Roya Amini is a Dentist; however, she does not actively practice in this office, and has not for several years. There are other Dentists working in the office, and from my experience, they are not experienced or trained enough for Dental care.
