Credit Card Ripoff Charged $35.99 without authorization!

TLG GREAT FUN charged my mastercard for $35.99 on 11/08. I called them and they started a sales pitch. I told them to remove the charges and not to use my card ever again. They returned $29.06 on 11/13/07. They kept $6.93 and now I can't seem to contact them. They said my husband was online. My husband doesn't have the ability to use my card. It's like they stole my number and other information and then attached his name. I think these thieves should keep their hands out of money that isn't theirs! I hope they are caught and prosecuted!!
