TraceFone rip off... Lost lot of my units each time I text message

TracFone rip me off everytime I text then somehow when they took my 0.3unit for text to send and the singal went out and said text failed send... I lost my 0.3unit and I had do it again... Still does it again! Ive lost near 1,000units in 9months. They need to stop take unit until text is sucessful then take unit off. Can you believe that when you text, they took 0.3units and then singal went out and the text send failed and will not recover 0.3units. U had to do it again to text until successfull but it cost you lot of units!
