When you inquire through email, they send a TEXT without asking if it ok first

I applied through Craigslist to a vague company (first mistake).

I then later got an unsolicited TEXT, which I think a truly professional company 1) would not correspond through text and 2) send a text without getting permission before doing so.

It shows they are a scam because they never give you any direct information. A "guy" "named" "Gary" sent me a text directing me to their website—he should have contacted me through email to verify that it is ok to get a text.
