Dead Beat Mom owes me over $19,000.00 in back support! Courts do nothing!

Every time I file contempt on Dannielle for back support which she owes her children and I over $19,000.00. She files emergency custody to avoid the court system. Even though she was order to pay by the courts $208.00 per week and all her tax returns she continues not to follow the court order. After owing her children and I over $19,000.00 she bought a new house, a new SUV, went one two vacations. I had reservation this year to take our children to Orlando Flordia for two weeks and to go to disney land on August 10th. She filed emergency custody on the same day August 10 and robbed her children of their vacation.in addition, the court was aware that she purchased a new home, SUV and took two vacations knowing she owed over $19,000.00 in back support. Dannielle continues to make a mockery of the court system. I have hired a private investigator and found out that she was arrested for possession of a crack pipe. She continues to smoke crack daily and I have a drug dealers statement saying she purchases crack from him frequently. I guess I know why she doesn't pay her back support now. She simply smokes it up in a crack pipe.
