Ripoff chargeing 11 year old child for something she did not receive and did not order the business that doesn't give a dam

There was an identity theft on my granddaughter at the time age 11 by her mother who does not have custody of her because of abuse, neglect and drugs... I received a bill for a cell phone from fingerhut and immediately contacted them and informed them that my granddaughters mother did this and they had no business opening an account for a 10 year old... I gave them all of my daughters information and followed up with a letter to them... I have files frud charges and identity theft charges on my daughter and referred this information to Fingerhut and Axsys National Bank...

They refuse to take the bad credit from my granddaughters credit report and continue on a daily basis to call and harrass me in regards to my granddaughters bill... She is now 11 years old, I have legal custody of her court ordered, and she has a derogatory credit history and Axsys National Bank continues to call and harrass.

Several times my granddaughter has answered the telephone and been harrassed by them which brought her to tears... This is unacceptable. This little girl has gone through to much in her short little life to have this continue to happen.
