When they get there they drum up all kinds of services that need to be doen and then try to sell you on an over priced repair. It seems like they like the elderly, as they are subjective and vulnerable to their threats. This guy hides behind the phone with his psuedo legal action. He can't do a thing. If you don't want the service performed, you owe him nothing but a goodbye. Don't let him bully you.in fact don't use him. All the electrical contractors know of his tactics.
