Our money was stolen and we went to close our account

The lady said "did you know if was in the hole" & we said what she said something by USA Credit took out a $149.95 ON THE 31ST. So she printed out a statement and showed us & we had never heard of this company and never applied for anything. So, we tried to call this number and of course its only opened mon-fri. So now I'm going to have to fight with them about not doing this and get my money back. Also fight with the bank, but I went to a web site called http://getresponse.com/t/9499895/651759/168648726/. It is section 205.11 gives the procedure for resolving errors. All of section b. There are 3 subheads under this section to take to the bank with you incase you need it to back you up.
