Target they show these wonderful happy faces... They are not in West Nashville Tennessee.

If you want to be miserable, treated in fairly, talked to unkindly, (like your a child) and your Cacusian this is the place not to work for.

If you are African American you will get away with everything and anything..

If you are white, you can count on being told to do 30 things while other non whites get breaks, breakfast sandwiches, special lunches, pay raises, extra hours... While others that have years of experience get passed over, not even interviewd for positons. Better yet they take away your position, cut your pay and your hrs to give them to an African American Person... And you have no say or chice but to suck it in or transfer or quit. They emotionaly make you a victim, you can't stand up for yourself and make you feel hopeless and ashamed and emberassed. Their might be good Target's out there but WEST NASHVILLE is not one of them.

The company seems good but have no idea what really is going on in that store, they should listen to their employees and not just pick and choose whom they want to hear comments from. Anyone can hide unhappy employee's when they know the boss is coming. They are PRO's at that store. Hiding the truth.
