This company needs the biggest class action lawsuit a lawyer can serve them with. Just think of all the people who are getting this busy tone now when they are trying to call. I actually spoke to a so called manager two weeks ago and they had not received my return as of yet. This is October26. I tracked the pkg, it was shipped back Sept 16. How can they get away with this. Lord knows I wish someone picks up this case. $99.61 is a lot of money to take from people, and their are probably many others like us out here and don't know to get their money back.
