George is after Diane's Inheritance

George has been hovering at Fleming's Pub since running through his fortune like a wild fire and can't save a dime for anything. He's very shrewd, rakishly carrying on a flirty relationship that he is focused on exploiting her emotions particularly to suit his peculinary interests in her. He's a big dreamer, so he probably thought at first to get all the business to repair the place and then subsiquently her other properties. Now though, he is intent on her inheritance. Doubtful she is aware as she pursues some kind of relationship with him. They must be soulmates who deserve each other. They can make each other's disasters bigger and then get drunk and high to distract from the devastion of their lives. He's telling her he's not married, but then he's going to ask her to give him the money to pay off his wife.

The place is on it's last leg. All the things they say about the place regarding drunks drugs seems pretty accurate. The place is known for where people from the neighborhood go to buy and sell drugs. It's not just one customer said that, but is the word on the street about the place. One more smoking violation, they can pull her license, if not for anything else.

Diane acts like she's on drugs or is drunken, because she is always running her fowl mouth at people getting in their face screaming and attacking them. But, the worst thing is all the violence that spills out onto the street where people have been put in the hospital broken bones and all. It isn't a pleasant place, so anyone going there is probably a friend or family from her click or as likely alcaholic drunks. The place is usually kinda dead, but no wonder. She acts like a guy. She looks like an old hag. Shrew would describe personality. Losers is what she's dealing with now. If she's such an angel, why does she run the place into the ground and harrass people who pass by or stop in. How does that have any redeeming value to the neighborhood?
