Hess Kennedy
Was quick to take our $, but are ripoffs because the guy we spoke to no longer works there

We contacted the credit exchange about consolidating our credit card bills. We spoke to a Tom Neff about it, he would take 500 dollars out of our bank account for attorney fees upfront and then we would set up a payment plan to take care of our bills. Guess what? They were quick to remove the money from our account and when I called to cancel with this ripoff... He no longer works for the company. We talked to customer service and they said they would talk to the law firm "Hess Kennedy" and see what they could refund us if any of our money.
What a bunch of ripoffs, better hope i don't get a hold of them.

Research whatever you are going to do online, trust absolutely NOBODY.
