Suspicious telemarketing call sounds like the other scams!

I received a call the last 3 nights in a row from a telemarketer from Summer Bay Resorts telling me I have been selected to attended a 60 minute time share meeting in flordia and all expenses are paid for 4 days 3 nights in Orlando and the rest of the time for Daytona for a total of 6 days vacation and the only thing I have to purchase is a 298.00 park hoping pass to Dysney for 2 people. The accomodations are for up to 6 people and it could fit 8. It was a condo timeshare.
When I seemed hesitant about giving my creditcard over the phone and going into a website to put in my promotional code in the telemarketer put her marketing manager "Timmy O'toole" on the phone to close the sale. He was a fast talking sales person that said if I do not lock in the deal tonight than It was too late. I explained to him that they have called 3 nights in a row and spoke to my husband so I do not think it is a "time limiting offer", he seemed defeated and said okay we will call you tomorrow night and that is as long as I can extend it, I asked to speak to customer service again for flight prices becauses he said he can get them cheaper than any other company they are a travel agency too and he can get me a ticket for 200-250 canadian from Toronto to Flordia per person.
When I seemed confused because I was previously told it was an all paid vacation he said no you pay your own airfair but we can assist you with a payment plan and book your tickets. That sounded unrealistic to me because what travel agent will offer a layaway plan for airline tickets?
In the background it was a noisy call center that was very unprofessional and I heard everyones conversation and I heard this Tim guy, laughing to someone in the background when we finished our calling telling someone how he was busted on the 1 time only and limited offer deadline for the great deal then the phone hung up which was strange because he left to get me customer service.
I guess I should listen to my gut that if it sounds too good to be true it probably is and to think a family of 3 can go on vacation and only pay 750.00 for airfair and free accomodations is too good to be true.
Has any one else received these calls? I heard some timeshare seminars are above board? What are your thoughts? I am not proceeding but welcome feedbak from other calls that were similar. Also the last stipulation was the trip had to be used within 18 months...
