Incompetent, unprofessional, uneducated business environment North Tonawanda new york

On July 19 I purchased a living room set, tables and a leather recliner. I PAID FOR ALL IN FULL ON THAT DAY! On August 9th I received a call saying that they would deliver furniture that week (I was told atleast 3 weeks before it would be in} I was surprised it would be earlier. The next day I get a call that my loveseat was damaged and would have to be re-orderd but everything else wopuld be delivered. 2 hours later I got another call stating that my recliner didn't come in.
I was upset but they told me they could have the rest to me by that Saturday. Well I had already gotten rid of other furniture so they delivered the couch and tables. Couch comes and it is also damaged it had stains and dirt it looked like a floor model opened up boxes to assemble tables and the frame for the coffe table had holes for the screws too big couldn't asemble. I had new tables delivered 3 days later. The following week I get a call that my furniture is in - they deliver it - no chair.
I have called atleast 1/2 a dozen times for my chair I have been given such a run around. The last story was they had my chair in their warehouse but one of the managers sold it to someone else! Then I decide to contact someone up in management by the name of Joel he is a regional manager - he told me 6 weeks ago he located my chair was having it sent to the warehouse UPS I would have it in a few days - guess what 1 week goes by and they can, t find it. Next phone call they found one it will be here end ofc wek, next phone call it's not availablee
How can a company operate like this? It is totally unprofessional I find it to be an insult of my inteelegence to be treated in this manner.
I wish I would of seen this site with info on them before making a purchase there it definately was not worth the price!
I paid in full jULY19 and still have not recieved my recliner!
