Appeared on wifes credit report totally unexpected

While checking our credit reports, we found Pinnacle Credit Service on the wife's with a lagre sum owed from an unidentified charge-off. They have not directly contacted us yet but we are very upset with it showing up on her credit report. Found out about their practices when trying to locate them on a 'web' search, thus prompting this report. Next step will be to 'dispute' their showing on the wife's credit report.
