These People are runing my credit

I dont know who these people are but they are runing my credit. The are shown on my credit report trying to collect a debt that already exists on my report, the amount they are showing is wrong and when i tried to call them on the phone they told me there was nothing they could do because it was a mistake made by whoever entered the information on the report, i tried to get them to change it but they just kept transfering me around to different people and none of them were any help.
