Ripoff Lost $5800 in one year ripoff business

We also checked the BBB site when we signed up with them and it had nothing but good things to say about Jubilee. Signed up with them and they got our finances all screwed up. Didnt help with creditors. Told us we would pay 40-50% and pay more like 70-125%. Didnt return phone calls and when we finally cancelled with them they never sent us a refund check.

We had paid them over $6000 and we wont see any of it. Never told us about the extra 25% that they would take if they did settle an account and that is over and above all the interest that has acrued since we signed up. Not counting the 25% that they take from us at every payment.

So, added all up we would be paying about 115% which is rediculous. Now all phone lines are busy 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We think we will never see any of that money... And its not a small amount of money to us. We had been paying them over a year and could have handled it all ourselves if only we had known that they would screw us so badly. Military family and have gone to a military lawyer to see if we can resolve this. We shall SEEEE...
