Jubilee Financial Services rip-off consumer fraud

Business & Finance

Signed up with Jubilee/Heritage Institute in November 00. Again. Now they try and settle an account with a credit card co. Who is threatening to sue immediately. I sent them $1,500 extra to complete this and now they claim they are due 25% as their "fee".

I have read the contract to them over the phone, faxed it to them, etc. NO where in the contract does it state they receive anything more than their monthly fee, which divides out to 25%, but the contract is totally mute on any extra deposits.

Now they offer to refund the money to me and take their monthly payments only until they can settle something.

Of course, im out in the cold as far as this creditor and if I want to settle with that creditor, but they dont deserve anything more.

Anyone EVER come out ahead with these people? I doubt it.

Still Broke
