Unable to Empty the Dumpsters!

McSha Properties at Summit Ridge (in Lawton Oklahoma) is unable to empty the dumpsters.

The resulting situation is disgusting, unsanitary and unacceptable.

I have made several complaints to the management. I was told that the problem would be fixed—it was fixed for one weekend.

The issue is that the dumpster is a trash compactor that services over 700 apartments. The trash is only compacted once every weekend. Residents aren't able to compact it, as a key is needed (this is understandably a safety issue).

To fix the problem, McSha should either get rid of the compactor and go with multiple traditional dumpsters; or they should compact it several times a day.

Since they're not doing either, trash piles up outside the dumpster—which is outside my apartment—in the middle of the parking lot. Please see the pictures:
