Target Warehouse discriminates on job applicants based on race sex, religion

I recently applied for a job at Target warehouse in Phoenix, Az. They were conducting open interviews that day. I came dressed professionally. A.K. A dress suit and nice shoes. I filled out the online application they had there, which took about ahalf an hour. After that, they said wait here to be interviewed. After waiting about 30 minutes they finally called my name. When i walked towards the woman who was calling me, I saw she had a scowl on her face. She was wearing some sort of muslim head dress and proceeded to look me up and down disapprovingly. Why i don't know. I was dressed very nicely and extended my hand and politely introduced myself. At that moment she ignored me and started talking to some guy who came over instead of me. Then she led me to a small office to be "interviewed". This consisted of her rudely asking me one line generic questions such as, oh you worked at such and such. This is your address? This is your phone number? O.K. We'll call you. The whole time she was stone faced and not friendly as well. I felt she was discriminating against me because i am not muslim. And she knows no one will say anything to her because she'll turn the tables and say they are discriminating against her. I am more than qualified for that job, and they never called. I still see ads in the paper that they are hiring, and feel I should have been considered. I have a solid work history and refrences. I was also very nice, friendly and professional. This woman clearly gets to do whatever she wants because she wears a muslim headdress and she knows it. I am filing a law suit with target about this. This is a classic case of reversed discrimination.
