HMS Blue
Fraud ripoff

I too had frustrating issues with this HMS Blue. I was reconciling my credit card statement and noticed several charges that I did not recognize, one being HMS Blue. I called the phone number listed on my credit card statement with the transaction: 866-HMSBLUE.

When I reached the Customer Service Representative, she told me I had to wait for another representative. When I was transferred, all I received was her voicemail for her to call me back. I waited a half a day. When I didn't receive a call back, I called the number again. The same representative answered and said that I could only speak with the other rep. I asked for the supervisor and was sent to her voicemail. I called back again and the same rep answered. I asked to speak to a LIVE person; it was obvious that no one was calling back. She refused to cooperate and I informed her that if I did not receive any information concerning the transaction on my credit card statement, I would be reporting the incidient to my credit card company and dispute the charge.

She then told me "you have to do what you have to do" and then hung up on me. This Customer Service Representative did exactly what the other person mention; she was rude and would not stop talking to let you speak. For being a Customer Service Representative, she provided no service or satisfaction.

The next morning I received a call from the other rep and she acted the same way.in fact, she sound just like the first person I talked to the day before. Again there was no cooperation and I informed her that I had already reported them to my credit card company. She hund up on me.

It is quite obvious that HMS Blue deals in fraudulant transactions as a normal course of business. I believe the authorities should investigate and press criminal charges.
