There was a time that I was having marital issues and decided to move out of my brand new model home and get what I thought was a luxury apartment. Of course when I arrived at the office it was nice in appearance.

I asked to see a unit, of course, they brought me to a model unit. I stressed the importance of my apartment to have the same features. I was lied to and told that they were getting my unit ready someone had just moved out and I could not see it. But my unit would look like the model.

A lie again.

Day of move-in. I was completely disgusted with my unit. Yes, I have all of the documentation and the work orders and etc... The unit was completely destroyed and old appliances, dish washer did not work and etc... Above all, my promised parking space - I had to fight over with other non-residents parking in my spot all hours of the day and night.

I continued to submit work orders and file complaints with management and etc... The nail that hit the coffin. There was a meth head I found out living on the 2nd floor, over dosed and tried to jump from the 2nd floor stair well. Same Area, on the 1st Floor there was a man inside beating the hell out of his wife and she was screaming and windows being broke police come and I live on the 3rd floor with 3 younger girls. I really knew it was time to go. I figured if they kept refusing to replace and fix things that were already broken I was moving immediately and with the drug issues and violence.

I found a new place, gave notice, however, they took me to court. I told the lawyer - the Mr. Scam of all Arizona, Andrew Hull, that I would pay the $1,131.85 but I had pictures and proof of damages and I cleaned the unit before I moved out. He stated that I was only going to court for rent.

Now, I recently run a 3-in-1 credit report and find out that this Scam of a company has placed a collection item on my credit report for an amount of over $4,000.00 which is a joke. Mind you I contacted the BBB in Arizona and made a complaint there as well.

I have been fighting to fix this for some time. And recently sent another email to them. I spoke with Roxanne who stated that she had my file and by glance could immediately spot where I was overcharged $800.00. I explained I had pictures, work orders, and etc... And my move in sheet. How does the maintenance men come tack down a carpet by taking 3 inch nails and nailing the carpet down?

I demand that someone please help me. They have completely scammed me. I have all documentation and pictures to prove my case. I have emailed them again. And I have yet to hear a response.

Can I take them back to court? And make them prove their case? How do I go to court to agree to $1,000.00 and months later they add on an additional $3,000.00
