They took 102.81 from my credit card after i told them no i needed that money to go to my dr. Apoitment out of town

I was told that i won a trip to florida then he said he needed my credit card # to verafied i told him not to take any money out of my card i need it to go to dr. Out of town. But they did so i call my credit card # and they will disput it in 5 days but they took 102.81. Now i have to find a way to get to my dr. Huguette kapuskasing ontario canada.
