National Consumer Marketing
Fraudulent credit card charges, no coins but payment taken, constant busy phone numbers Waverly

Miscellaneous

The ad was pictorial with 2 walking liberty half-dollars, free for processing and handing @ $4.95. This appeared in the USA Paper in July. I called and ordered them. The coins were shipped on July 12 and on the same day there were 12 transactions of various amounts ($3.99 - $19.95 totally $105.56) made to my card. There was no charge for the $4.95 in the ad.

After many attempts to reach the refund-processing manager I was told that my first refund of $39.90 would be credited to my account by July 25 and to allow one to two billing statements for the balance. No refund was or still has been credited to my account.

I have tried to reach all of the compnay phone numbers for over a week and they are always buy. I need your help. It is not the loss of $100 that concerns me but the people and organizations like national consumers marketing who perpetrate fraud on the average citizen.
