Process Serving Company

A number of us from California were attempting to serve a couple of individuals who resided in Washington. We searched the internet for the a process server, and came across Precise Process.

At first, everything seemed to be going well. But once we arrived at their address in Seattle to give them the papers, it all seemed kind of wierd.

First of all, their address is NOT a business, but an apartment in a run down part of Seattle. Since we were short on time and money, we decided to talk to the guy and see if he knew what he was doing.

We never saw him, but we talked to his "girlfriend" who said he had worked at another major serving company. So then we called him on his cell phone and he told us how it worked, and he seemed to know what he was talking about.

So we gave them the papers, the 110.00 dollar fee for the service, and left Washington.

Since then, I have left numerous messages on the "company" voicemail, never recieving a reply back. The only time we heard back from him was when the Deputy Labor Comissioner in California had contacted him.

He then called my cell phone and asked for other addresses. I HAD ALREADY GIVEN HIM 3 ADDRESSES which he claimed I had not. So, he says he went there many times, and both individuals were not there.

When the time came to get an extension for the court date, he DID NOT fax the information we needed to us. All he had to do was fax over a statement saying that he needed a little more time to serve the defendants, but he didnt even do that! So, there goes our 110.00 dollars down the drain to a no good rip off process serving agency. He NEVER returned any of my phone calls.

DO NOT use Precise Process for any legal matters whatsoever! They will take your money and never call you again!
