Accessed my bank account for $75.00 after I cancelled 3weeks previously Ripoff

I recieveed free samples from Ivorywhite on8/12 on the same day as recieving free samples I called and cancelled any future shipments. Today 8/20 I find they accessed my bank account for $75.00/ I called them and they stated that I am now cancelled today. So now I am out $75.00. How can they access someones account after being cancelled? Is ther any way for me to recieve my refund?
