2/ Following the request of Taxpayers Council of America, Inc. And Matthew Horan and relying on their promise to pay for the publicity delivered, Publicity Guaranteed generated for them and their taxpayerscouncil.com website positive media coverage.
3/ Taxpayers Council of America, Inc. And Matthew Horan failed to pay to Publicity Guaranteed for the services performed, committing breach of contract and unjust enrichment.
We believe that Taxpayers Council of America, Inc. And Matthew Horan committed theft of services and advise other service providers to exercise caution when dealing with Taxpayers Council of America, Inc. And Matthew Horan.
