About a year and half ago, this company called to say I had won what seemed like a great vacation. It included a trip to Orlando, a cruise in the Bahamas and a stay in Daytona Beach. They then asked for my credit card for a "refundable deposit" to hold my vacation for me. This amount was supposed to be refunded if I could not travel within the 18 month timeline. This put me on guard, but after checking these guys out I (wrongly) decided they were legit and gave them my number.
NOW - Being unable to travel within the 18 month timeframe, I called and asked for my money back. They said the deposit was non-refundable, but I could re-activate my package for the low price of 199 bucks! Unbelievable! I have told them time and time again that all I want is my money back yet they keep calling every week to offer re-activation for a price that keeps changing. I have just received a call from a gentleman and after offering re-activation yet again for 99 dollars this time he told me that if I wanted to lose all my money (400 dollars) then that was not his problem.
Please beware of this company... They SEEMED legit, however their phone number always changes and their website is no longer available.
