I need Help!!!

I have a neighbor that built a house next to me and is constantly harassing me. Calling the police, animal control, Building and Zoning people, and anyone who will listen to his lies. He is a big shot at Cummins Engine company and thinks he can get away with MURDER. But I am not allowed to do anything in my own yard in fear of going to jail!

I have never caused anyone any trouble. I live a normal Quiet life and that does not seem to be good enough for this guy. He has Branded me as a Stalker, and a trouble maker and I am not either. He continually harasses me by using these people to come to my house, and they have never ever seen any violations, But they continue to come.

He needs to be stopped!!! My father had never been in trouble with the law and I have always prided myself into the same. I never ever wanted to give anybody a reason to send me to jail. On mothers day evening I did just that. I was minding my own business digging a trench with a little trencher and low and behold the police show up. After a few words I decided to put the trencher up, when a police officer grabbed me and slamed me to the ground. Started beating me with a flash light on the legs and yelling to put my hands behind my back.

To make a long story short they arrested me For disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, And I was no more disorderly than if I was Sleeping. But that is what they made up. Rotten Police!!! I need help to get my rights back. I hate asking anybody for help, But this has gotten out of hand. The prosecutor, sherriff's office and city police won't help me stop this guy from causing me trouble. And I don't have the money this guy has to fight back. All I hear is get a attorney. WITH What? I have been selling every thing I own to raise the money and that is terrible that a guy has to give up everything he has to live peaceably. Some world we live in now!

What ever happened to Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of happiness? I have to sell my life to just be here. There is more things this guy has done to me, But I don't want to bore anyone with the details. I would be glad to talk to anyone. I have lived here 6yrs and have not had the trouble that I am experiencing right now. Can anyone HELP me Fix this problem?
