I applied for a loan with Cash Call back in Jan of '05. It was like literally signing my life away, I had no idea really what I was getting myself into. Well I was approved for the loan the gentleman was polite. I told him I wanted to $5000 loan but convinced me that if I were to get the $10,000 one it would be cheaper and my apr rate wouldn't be so high. So the sucker that I was I agreed. This person's name was Jim and said the rate was at 30% he LIED to me.

Anyhow I made like 7 payments of $323 and some change once a month. I never received any statements just emails. So I moved had to switch banks and gave cash call my new bank acct info. I was never late on my payments, I didn't really have a problem with them. But since I never received any statements just emails I noticed that all the payments I had made did not reflect at all to my balance. It was like they were just practically pocketing my monthly payments.

So I called and spoke to a rep named Victor I believe and asked him what the deal with my balance was, I have made like almost $3,000 in payments and it didn't look like it was reflecting to my balance. The rep said $24 was going to my balance and the rest to interests.interests my ass!!! So I was like HELL NO. I called my bank. I was in panic mode. I literally cried because I knew there was no way I was gonna be able to pay them off.

So I consolidated, the consolidation company told me not to contact them and give them a change of address and ph# they provided for me. Since that time I recieved 20 calls a day from different reps with very rude messages threatening me. Even one of their reps came to my house. (which my husband said he looked scared) lol wish my husband would of kicked his ass. Gosh it was horrible I couldn't sleep at night.

Now it's been 2 yrs didn't hear from them for a long period of time and recently recieved a letter for me to pay them by a certain date if not their gonna take legal action. So i never responded as told by my consolidation people. Than they emailed me a garnishment letter threatening me again. So we'll see..

Seeing this website put some of the pressure off my shoulders knowing the fact that i wasn't the only one. We all have proof that this company have such unprofessional employees. I just can't believe they would go as far to someones home. One of these days their gonna walk into the wrong neighborhood...
