Don Hatfield poor craftsmanship

This small company and owner make lots of promises but don't deliver.

Upon hiring this company for a renovation to our home, this owner promised, amoung many other things, that the workmanship that his company would provide is guaranteed for 10 years but now, 4 yrs later with major problems to the plumbing his subcontractors provided, he now back peddles to state that he never said any such thing AND the company he used at that time is no longer in business!

I could make a huge list about this company's numerous shortcomings (i.E.: expecting payment in full and then hiding it in a 'escrow' account that you do not have access to, cheapest/discontinued materials, undocumented subcontractors, poor communication, etc) that would go on forever but it's probably best to just WARN other potential victims to NOT use this company. These people are nothing but a drain on your patience, resources and a HUGE headache to boot!
