Ripoff will not accept a cancelation of subscription for magazines that i don't want georgia

CMS called and wanted me to take these magazines. They made it sound like a really good deal but when I tried to cancel they said I could not do this. I tried to explain that due to uinforseen circumstances our medical insurance went up by 250.00 and we were ona fixed uncom and could not afford the amount. They did not stay to their bargain anyway, they said it would only be 3.00 a month and when compleeted it was $40.00 I tried to tell them I could not afford this and they just laughed and hung up.
