I gave 30 days notice and was told and recieves in writing that it would cost me about $1668. Ok then i get a bill for over $6000. Hillary was the manager at the time. This behavior is nothing short of criminal and they should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If I was concerned about my credit score I would stay away from lincoln proerties completely. They will charge you market rate for the rest of your lease term and when you dispute that thet will cut the very large amount in half to offer settlement.

This is extortion! Stomping on a customers credit to make bottom line look good. So when you leave dont worry about the last months rent it is nothing compared to the cost of market rate for the rest of your lease plus they will charge for new washer and dryer and anything else they can find including the touchup things that they have done before you move in.
