Samantha, my cat abused by this hospital, purposely stitched her wrong so I would have to bring her back so they could charge me more money Ripoff

Well, this will really will upset just about any pet owner. I had applied for the SPOT program for my cats to be fixed. And I was approved for four of my cats. So out of the list they gave me of vets, the closer one was Arbor, and a friend said they were a good hospital. (Yeah, right, only if you have tons of cash to spend.) I had my male cat done first, of course they want you to pay for extras like blood work etc. If I had the money to do that I would have not needed SPOT, HA? Anyways, I paid my $10.00 dollars and he was fine. While I was there I made an appointment for Samantha and I took her on the 19th of July 07 and they said she would be ready the next day in the afternoon. So my friend went to pick her up because I just started a new job. When I got home I looked at her stitches and I couldn't believe it. It looked like an hour glass with only one knot. Unfortunately, at the time I seen them I didn't take a picture, but I also thought that there wouldn't be a problem. Boy, was I wrong. I called them the next day and told them her stitches had come out and they told me to take her to A Hospital.instead I closed the open cut myself and took her back to them Monday Morning. Then I recieved a phone call a little after 12N and was informed that they would re-stitch her for $42.70. I had no choice but to come up with the money. They would not of done anything to her unless I agreed to pay extra money for them to re-do what they didn't do in first place. When I got her back home that day she was stitched properly. 10 single stitches. My Samantha is just like a child to me and SHE DID NOT deserve that kind of treatment. SPOT CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!! Also anybody else, if they are willing to do this to my baby then they will do alot of other dirty ripoffs money or not. I have alot of people to call over this matter and reports to file THEY WILL NOT GET AWAY WITH THIS!!!
