Miscellaneous

On the 9th of April I purchased a program, on my credit card for $8410.00, this program was to aid me in elevating my financial life to the next level. I was told to use a credit card, then transfer the balance to other cards because the program will pay for itself in 90 days. Using the creditablity of loral langmerger in their sales pitch, I was told I would have access to a team of wealth builders at the top of their game, one on one mentoring, and a return on my invest in 90 days.

Aftering purchasing I spoke with Mike Grow and scheduled my first foundation class. One week pasted, I called Mike to find out how I should prepare for the class, he did not return my call. I left two messages for him, nothing. So I called Rick (the guy who initially got me interested in the program) on his cell phone and explained to him I was not getting a response. He said he would call Mike. Two days went by, I didn't hear anything, I called Rick again and only got his voicemail and left a message. On that 2nd day I received a call from a woman named Wendy stating she wanted to schedule me for my first foundation class. I told her I was already scehduled but she stated I was not in the computer so I told her I would call Mike. I only get Mike's voicemail, so I left a message.

He called me back and states he had not entered my information in the computer but would do it that day. I get a call from Wendy the next day stating my class had been canceled and I would have to pick another day and time. That was fine. I asked Wendy how should I prepare for my first class and she stated she had sent me emails explaining everything. I didn't not receive any emails. She stated that she would resend them, I never got them, she sent them again I never got them. Then when I called her I only got her voicemail.

So I called someone in customer service explained to them what had been happening and asked if they could sent it to me, and a lady named Juilann sent them. All this time I remained in good spirits, not sweating the small stuff, but I am noticing that this company is unorganized and I'm getting the run around alot.

On week five I finally took my first class, and was extremely disappointment. These classes were simple word for word regurgations of the books and cds sent to me. There was nothing new. At that point I knew this program was not the picture I had been drawn. Yet, I still felt there may be hope, my "mentor" was Irene B. The class was on Wednesday, I called her the next day and only got her voicemail, I also sent her an email. Nothing. Okay I'll give her until Monday. Monday, nothing.

Tuesday, I began calling the list of extentsion Irene had recommended. The first guy X255, he actually picked up his phone, I began explaining to him how I'm seeking one on one mentoring and he quickly stated, "You need to speak with Irene" without another word he tranferred me to her voicemail. I hungup redailed the main number and went on to the next extention. Barbara picked up her line, we began speaking and although she was very sweet and pleasant when I asked what her title was, she stated, "I write the success stories for the company." What!

At that moment I knew there was no one on one mentoring and that there is no team of wealth builders at the top of their game available to me. At that point I knew I was no longer interested in continuing with the program. I called customer service and waited on the phone 17 minutes until someone finally answered, I explained the situation to her, she that I could not cancel the program. I asked to speak with her supervisor "Kim French" whom was unavailable, so I left a message.

I invested over $8000 into this company and what was sold is not being practiced. I am no longer interested in dealing with this company any longer and I want a refund of what I invested. I am a fair person. Please Help!
