Stole my money and gave me no product Ripoff

I was taken! This company Universal Subscription Agency is slick. Two "students" came to my door asking me about magazine subscriptions. I have used student sellers before and everything worked fine so I thought this would be too. I was wrong! First off, they tried to get me to buy 4 subscriptions after I told them no, I only wanted the two. Eventually, they gave in and went for the two. As I got out my credit card, they said that they got an extra 500 points if they collected cash. I know I should've seen right through this. My instincts said no, but seeing as I had used this method before and it worked, I thought okay I'll help. I proceeded to let them get in my car and ride to the ATM with me. I got out the 140 cash and handed it to them. I thought this was steep, but last time I got two years worth on them each, so expected the same. We got back to my apartment and they put a sticker on my door that said "She rocks so no more knocks".

They then asked if they could use my phone. I said sure, they needed to call their ride. Then they left. I ordered these in October, it is now July. My cosmo and Vogue are nowhere to be seen. I am strangly getting Jane and Interview though.interview was one of the 4 subscriptions that I told them no to earlier in the sale. I tried to call the number on my receipts, but the mailbox is always full and they don't have any other options for me. This company totally ripped me off! I have the names of the sales "students" and would like to put them in their place.
