Slum landlords ripoff stay away ripoff

I have leased a property form T & G I have a lease, 07/03 that says the tenant is responsible for repairs to the home etc. They try calling the lease owner financing. After talking with the attorney I use to work for, they informed me that it is not a valid owner financing agreement in the state of Georgia. The only way it could be considered valid is if my name was on the deed of the home.

I have contacted them many times about all the problems with the home. The home is so bug infested I have paid an exterminator and bought stuff my self, trying to fix the problem. I have spent over $400.00 trying to kill all the roaches, there service guy came to my home the day I moved in, he just came in with out knocking or anything. Once we was moved in the bugs started showing there selfs. There maintenance man said he had never seen any home with bugs like this. He never came back. I have left them several voice messages about the problems no one has called me back. So on July 24th I served them with a written notice of everything the is wrong, and informed them it does not meet The Georgia Health Code.

This is the list of items I gave them, with no reply.

1 Bug in home have spent my own money trying to fix the problem
2 Bathroom in hall not working
3 Mold growing on the siding of the home and there is no out side water spout, so I could was it off.
4 The back porch moves when you walk on it, It is about to fall down.
5 The meter poll for the power is leaning very bad, the lady the came and hooked up the power said if it came a bad storm and the poll fell it could cause a fire, or damage to the home.
6 The Dishwasher is leaking from the bottom
7 I had to replace the refrigerator my self that was $899.00 because I could not get them to replace the one that was in the home.
8 I have found torn places in the carpet at the seam, where the home is joined. This is a safety hazard.
9 Master bath tub is leaking.
10 There maintenance man when he was here saw how bad the floor was in the master bathroom, and said he would get with them and have it fixed, that never happened. I had to spend my own money to fix the flooring it the master bathroom. $260.00
11 The stove is not working right
12 The roaches are even on the outside.
13 Railing on the steps to the front porch is lose.

After my notice I still did not get a reply form them, and left another voice mail.

I wont everyone to know what kind of business these people are running, and to stay away. I don't have the money to move, so I am stuck. Any assistance you may be able to give would be so greatly appreciated.
