Orders custom banner, had it next day aired, and canceled the credit card payment, sacramento california

This company ordered a banner from our company in May of 07' we made several proofs, made the banner and shipped overnight, They recieved the banner Signed for it and are using it today, They claimed fraud on there crdeit card, we called them with no response we supplied proof of delivery, and severl drawings and all ther credit card info, in fact when i call them they just hang up when they find out why we are calling. After submiting all the info to the credit card company, the charges were reversed, And i thought it was over. Then 2 weeks later i get another letter saying they are not paying, claiming froud again i agasin supplied all the info on delivery, with a signiture and everything, i found out i was 3 days late in filing and i was told by the credit card company many people are dishonest and do this type of thing everyday.

I am filing witht the sacromento Police departmen on Theft of PROPERTY CHARGES, I am hoping this messes them up a bit. They are not good people to do business with stay away.
