Bought a book, then they made unauthorized charges to my account for 3 months ripoff

They claim to have a book and programs to help you find grants, but what they'll do is charge you for the book, and then claim you agreed to a monthly service, which they will then charge you for every month until you realize and try to cancel. I NEVER approved any monthly subscription fee, and when I tried going to the website to cancel there was no info about it. The info to cancel the subscription is in on another website, with a totally different address. The only way I knew how to find it is that my friend had the address by chance.

They say you can send an email and receive a verification code, false! I emailed them numerous times, only to have my emails bounced back. I faxed, called and left a voice message and NOTHING! Finally I called my card to dispute the charge and at that point they stopped charging my card. I will have my card # changed to avoid any sneaky charges from them in the future.

The book is useless and when I disputed the charge for the montly service they lied to my credit card company and said I authorized that charge when I called in and spoke to Tina. I never spoke to Tina, someone called me to try to get me to sign up for some bogus grant program that costs $4500 to $8500 dollars.

The truth of the matter is that you can access all the info they offer in their book for free on the Small Business Government site http://www.sba. Gov/services/financialassistance/grants/index.html

Also, grants take a lot of time and preparation and sometimes take up to a year to be granted, so don't believe their bull about getting you money right away. It doesn't work like that.
