Harrassing Phone calls with abusive language and sexual inuendo's

We started receiving calls that were obscene. They continued to call constantly. They said that if we would not listen to their pitch that they would continue with the obscene calls and abusive languages. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the gentlemen had the same accent that was the same. The man said obscene jesters and said that i would listen or they would continue with the calls. Our phone company cannot stop the calls and we have registered our phone numbers with the do not call list. We have not given them any information. We have become in a heated conversation asking for the name of the company which they provided and a fake name of nick and a fake incomplete phone number. He was threating and finally he hung up on me. They continue to call and know we answer saying hola and they hang up. What can we do to stop these people.
