I work at a Vocational school with campuses all over the US, and one day I'm at work and the phone rings. I answer and this woman proceeds to tell me that she works for the company that sends us toner and we already have the order in, she just needs me to verify my address. So I do through fax. Now I checked this fax over and there was nothing about ordering anything from them on there. A couple of weeks later, I arrive at work to find a package addressed to me from them containing a new toner. The corprate headquarters for the school gets a bill for $700.00 and want to know why I ordered it. I didn't. I only verified an address and this company was able to fabricate an order that I supposedly made. This company is slick. So make sure if you have a copier that all people who need to know, know what company you do use for your products.
