House Values is a Rip Off! I paid $7500 in the past year and did not get one sale! Most of the leads are bogus. Most of the clients I do speak with only want to get comparables and thats it! There not looking to sale or buy. And then when you want to cancle your subscription, they threaten you. Once you sign up, your stuck for the entire year. $7500 down the drain. Not worth it.
