Lies! False leads and high pressure to sign up Kirkland washington

Total bull for leads, I Signed up for listing leads, 6 each month in the area of anchorage. After I was told they had not set up listing leads yet so they were sending buyers leads.

Steve at house values assured me that anyone on the internet who would take the time to fill out the questionare, certainly would give you real info.

He explained to me it was fail safe and relly was a huge success, Even in the begining I asked for realtors in my area to ask if it was working for them and even got promissed I would be able to speak to someone after I signed up! And they sent bogus leads with no real info on how to get in contact.

Names came in like Mickey mouse, House hunter, All with no real info or all fake phone #'s.in 4 months I had not one legit lead.

After canceling, they lowered my monthly fee to $150. And promised they would work with me and make sure that all leads were real.

Then after contacting them after ever single bogus lead for 2 more weeks, i canceld again. They sent me to collections.

This company is a total rip off. They told me I was gaurenteed that if I was not happy, I would get my money back.

They will tell you anything.
